n\u00b0080-2015\/CNT du 23 novembre 2015 portant r\u00e8glementation de la publicit\u00e9 au Burkina Faso, la loi n\u00b0014-2001\/AN du 03 juillet 2001 portant code \u00e9lectoral, ensemble ses modificatifs et les arr\u00eat\u00e9s municipaux relatifs \u00e0 la publicit\u00e9.<a href=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7373 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/2-269x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"157\" height=\"175\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/2-269x300.jpg 269w, https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/2.jpg 417w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 157px) 100vw, 157px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>En rappel, l\u2019article 24 de l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 n\u00b02020-156 CO\/M\/CAB du 16 juillet 2020 portant r\u00e8glementation de la publicit\u00e9 dans la commune de Ouagadougou pr\u00e9cise les lieux o\u00f9 l\u2019implantation de panneaux publicitaires, l\u2019apposition d\u2019affiches et banderoles est strictement interdite.\u00a0 Il s\u2019agit :\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>des zones r\u00e9serv\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019administration publique sauf les panneaux \u00e9rig\u00e9s par l\u2019Etat et ses d\u00e9membrements \u00e0 des fins d\u2019information ou d\u2019indication de leurs services au public;\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>des zones et sites prot\u00e9g\u00e9s ;\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>des immeubles pr\u00e9sentant un caract\u00e8re esth\u00e9tique, historique ou pittoresque ;\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>des feux tricolores ;\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>des panneaux de signalisation routi\u00e8re, ferroviaire ou a\u00e9ronautique ;\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>des poteaux de transport et de distribution \u00e9lectrique ;\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>des poteaux de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication ;\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>le long des murs des \u00e9tablissements scolaires, des murs des h\u00f4pitaux et autres centres de sant\u00e9 ;\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>le long des murs des cimeti\u00e8res ;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>des monuments.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Par cons\u00e9quent, j&#8217;enjoins les auteurs de ces actes ill\u00e9gaux \u00e0 d\u00e9coller imm\u00e9diatement les affiches en question appos\u00e9es sur le territoire communal, sous peine des sanctions pr\u00e9vues par les textes en vigueur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&#8217;Agence du D\u00e9veloppement Economique Urbain (ADEU) et le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Police Municipale sont charg\u00e9s, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de veiller \u00e0 l&#8217;application des textes encadrant la publicit\u00e9 dans la commune de Ouagadougou. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Je sais
