L\u2019objectif de ce s\u00e9minaire est de\u00a0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des 45 Hauts commissaires afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur contribution \u00e0 l\u2019implantation d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de protection social \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019adresser de mani\u00e8re efficace la question de la pauvret\u00e9 et de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 au Burkina Faso.<a href=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/4-8.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7031 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/4-8-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"204\" height=\"153\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/4-8-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/4-8-105x80.jpg 105w, https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/4-8.jpg 620w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 204px) 100vw, 204px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La protection sociale est un ensemble d\u2019intervention publique qui aide les m\u00e9nages ainsi que les individus en leur assurant un meilleur acc\u00e8s aux services sociaux et \u00e0 l\u2019emploi.\u00a0 Ainsi l\u2019ambition vis\u00e9e \u00e0 travers la Politique Nationale de Protection Sociale (PNPS) est de lutter efficacement contre la pauvret\u00e9 par l\u2019accompagnement et l\u2019assistance des groupes vuln\u00e9rables en vue d\u2019accroitre leur capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9silience et de les faire sortir de cette situation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/3-7.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7029 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/3-7-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"207\" height=\"155\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/3-7-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/3-7-105x80.jpg 105w, https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/3-7.jpg 620w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 207px) 100vw, 207px\" \/><\/a><\/strong>La r\u00e9alisation de cette ambition selon le repr\u00e9sentant de la secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la primature, Larba SAWADOGO, exige un changement fondamental dans les approches d\u2019intervention et une r\u00e9elle appropriation de la politique par l\u2019ensemble des acteurs du domaines pour un meilleur impact des programmes sur les conditions de vie des couches sociales les plus vuln\u00e9rable du Burkina.<\/p>\n<p>Ils \u00e9taient au nombre de 45 hauts commissaires \u00e0 prendre part \u00e0 ce s\u00e9minaire. Les travaux se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s en pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re \u00e0 travers des communications suivies d\u2019\u00e9changes. Les communications ont port\u00e9 sur plusieurs modules dont la protection sociale et la PNPS et ses outils de mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous allons leur d\u00e9montrez que la protection sociale est un investissement dans lequel il y a un retour. Nous verrons en quoi la protection sociale impacte la r\u00e9duction de la pauvret\u00e9 et de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9\u00bb,<\/em> a soutenu <strong>Ibrahim MA\u00cfGA<\/strong>, expert international en protection sociale<\/p>\n<p>Pour <strong>Larba SAWADOGO<\/strong>, la pr\u00e9sence effective des hauts commissaires est le signe de leur engagement et de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat qu\u2019ils portent \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie de la PNPS. Il a affirm\u00e9 que la<em> protection sociale a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e au rang des instruments privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s des strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9duction de la pauvret\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale.<\/em> Selon lui, elle offre un \u00e9ventail de solutions pouvant r\u00e9pondre favorablement aux d\u00e9fis actuels des pays.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/2-18.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7027 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/2-18-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"204\" height=\"152\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/2-18-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/citeelegance.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/2-18.jpg 620w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 204px) 100vw, 204px\" \/><\/a>Il faut noter que depuis l\u2019adoption de la PNPS en 2012, beaucoup \u00a0de r\u00e9alisations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites. <em>\u00abIl y a des transferts en nature qui sont fait par des ONG.
